Elias Hanzer, graphic and type designer based in Berlin is co running Studio HanLi together with Lucas Liccini. Operating from the leafy backyards of the Schöneberger Crelle-Kiez, the partnership specialises in graphic design, typography, and bespoke typefaces, often involving a heuristic approach. Since 2022, the studio manages the platform HAL Typefaces, an independent vendor for digital fonts and typographic exploration.
